Unbleached Flannel Sheet Blanket

Heavier than a flannel sheet, lighter than a blanket. These unbleached flat/sheet blankets are used by hospitals and others where dealing with super sensitive skin. Cloud Soft and gentle, but made to withstand the heavy use of an institution. Crib blankets are available dyed. Try dying them yourself. My kids each tie dyed a sheet blanket for their "snugly."

For the Oregon Country Fair, I made some really outrageous ponchos from these blankets. They are incredibly snugly and soft. Rebecca pointed out to me that everyone that tried on one of these cloaks, put their arms up and gave themselves a hug.

We find them comforting going to the showers in the morning, or sitting in front of a fire at night. This is definately a feel good garment.

Lots of you have told me that I should add a button, or a clasp, or a this, or a that. I prefer it plain so that there is nothing to scratch me when I use it as a blanket or pillow. The point is that a woobie should reflect your tastes, so add a clasp or button of your choice. (It just so happens that I sell beautiful clasps.)
